If you are mailing an item to CIBCS please indicate the person or department it needs to be delivered to on the package. Doing this will allow us to process the item quickly and more efficiently. Transcripts should be mailed to the Registrar's Office in a sealed envelope from the institution sending it (transcripts are void if the envelope is open upon receipt).
